1. About Binder

Binder is an online stationery business based in the United Arab Emirates. We offer notebooks, stickers, sticky notes, stationery accessories, and other related products through our online store, which is powered by Shopify.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our store policies.

2. Customer Information

When placing an order, you must provide complete and accurate information, including your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.

You are responsible for reviewing your information before completing your order and for keeping your account details secure. Binder is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, sizes, designs, and descriptions accurately.

However, actual colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, or minor differences between production batches. These minor differences do not mean that the product is damaged or defective.

Product designs, packaging, prices, and availability may be updated without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges, discounts, or taxes will be displayed during checkout.

An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Please review the selected products, quantities, and delivery information carefully before completing your order. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed or prepared.

Binder may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the website contains a pricing error, or unauthorized activity is suspected. If a paid order is cancelled by Binder, the payment will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer must ensure that someone is available to receive the order. Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery must be attempted again due to customer unavailability or incorrect information.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

All sales are final. Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number.
Clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
Clear photos of the original packaging.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

A refund will only be provided if an approved damaged or defective product cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Personalized Products

If personalized products are available, customers are responsible for checking all names, spelling, wording, colors, and customization details before submitting their orders.

Personalized orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. Minor differences in color, size, printing, or positioning will not be considered defects unless they materially affect the product.

8. Binder Designs and Content

The Binder name, logo, product designs, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphics, packaging, and website content belong to Binder or their respective owners.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Binder product does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use its design, artwork, or branding.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Your information may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, and delivery companies when necessary to process and deliver your order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our products, services, or business practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
