At Binder.ae, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of AED 30 is applied to every order unless otherwise stated during promotions or special offers.
The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 2–4 business days
Other Emirates: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, our courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange another delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Binder.ae is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or government regulations.
